This is the tensioner for the auxiliary drive belt on all 75 and ZT Diesel models. The belt is part number PQS101300.

The bearings in this item can fail, causing a 'grumbling' sound when the engine is running.
It's important to use a good-quality branded part when replacing this item - they're under a lot of stress, and cheaper replacements fail quickly.
