FAI Inlet Manifold Gasket for all Rover K Series applications - these are prone to failure, and if you're looking for a cheap but well-made replacement this item will do the job nicely.   

A leaking Inlet Manifold Gasket causes coolant loss in most circumstances, however when the seal fails completely the loss of coolant can cause either HGF or hydrolocking due to the water lost flowing into cylinder #1.
